Grey Jenkins
Greysen “Grey” Jenkins has been performing for several years and has won several local and regional vocalist competitions. Grey auditioned for The Voice at a young age and also placed second in The American Idol Experience. Grey covers a wide variety of powerful female performers including Adele, Stevie Nicks, Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin and many more!
David Lingg
David Lingg has been performing in bands for 45 years. He began guitar at age 8 and by his teens, was playing lead guitar in rock & roll bands. Through his 20’s, he played lead guitar in the Country-Rock band “Catoctin”. With Catoctin, he recorded an album of all original songs, received local airplay, toured some promoting the album, tried to make it in Nashville (and then came back home). After more than a decade with “Catoctin”, David formed “Grand Theft”, a Classic Rock band that played around the Frederick region for a few years. After “Grand Theft”, David formed another Country-Rock band with Craig Rudy called “Lonesome Highway”.

Then, life began to set in (i.e. marriage, kids, etc.), and several years slipped by. Now older & “greyer”, David formed “Grey & Greyer” with his old band-mate, Craig Rudy, and his daughter, Greysen “Grey” Jenkins to play some good rock & roll, and to showcase Grey’s powerhouse vocals. With “Grey & Greyer”, David plays lead & rhythm guitars, provides vocals, and creates the drums, percussion and bass lines with his pedalboard loopers, or with MIDI creations that he builds for performances. Using this technology, “Grey & Greyer” makes a trio sound like a 5 or 6-piece band.

Craig Rudy

Craig Rudy gets his “greyness” from his grandfather Grayson Wise, a bluegrass musician of local renown who named his oldest daughter after Patsy Cline. She started Craig in piano lessons at the age of 6, he chose saxophone in middle school, picked up a bit of guitar & harmonica in high school, added flute and other noise makers in college.

Craig has played off and on in bands since 8th grade (White Lightning-fun story!) with some great players in classic rock, pop, country, jazz, and contemporary Christian genres. His bands include The Q-tips, Big Menu, Cornerstone, Poor Mary, Arcflash, Lonesome Highway (with David Lingg), and others.

Craig has written and collaborated with others for music used by dance performance groups, a local original production of the Velveteen Rabbit, and other original songs. A lifetime musical enthusiast, he is excited about the accessibility of creative tools available to today’s artists, and would like to add a horn section to as many songs as possible. 😊
